Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the protection of personal data

Dear User,

1. - Regular access to the portal acetobalsamico.it and to implement a service or one or more contractually agreed, including those mentioned in Art. 4 of the General Conditions of the contract (Protection of Privacy) and any activities with the Customer;

2. - Perform, in general, required by law;

3. - Reasons of operational and internal management in Acetifici Italiani Modena s.r.l. relating to the Service;

4. - Collect information on User preference, as well as sociodemographic information such as, for example, year of birth, gender and nationality;

5. - Provide information in relation to products or services of vinegar making Italian Modena Ltd. or its partners and other opportunities which may be of potential interest to you;

6. - Develop aggregate statistics about sales, customers, traffic patterns and other information and communicate these statistics to third parties. The statistics do not include any information which could lead to the identification of customers.

The law recognizes a number of rights that we invite you to consider carefully.

Among them, among which the rights of:

a) access to records of the Guarantor;

b) to obtain information about the data about the user;

c) to obtain the erasure, blocking, updating, rectification, integration of the data and the evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated;

Below is an art. 13 L. 675/96 regarding the rights of the data processing.

In regard to the processing of personal data subject has the right:

a) to know, through free access to the register under Art. 31, paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of personal data concerning him;

b) to be informed according to Article 7, paragraph 4, letter a), b) and h);

c) to obtain from the data controller or responsible, without delay: 1) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the data and their origin, the logic and purposes upon which the treatment, the request may be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, after not less than ninety days, and 2) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 3) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data, 4) certification that the operations mentioned in items 2) and 3) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

d) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;

e) to oppose, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and be informed by the owner, not later than the time the data are communicated or diffused, of the possibility of freely exercising this right.

For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c) 1) may be required to, if not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a fee not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3.

The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested.

In exercising the rights provided for in paragraph 1, the subject may grant, in writing, by delegation or proxy to physical persons or associations.
